@Johnnysshop yeah airoh is super light, great face protection when wearing goggles when you get sprayed, they look pretty flash if thats what you into, you should try some on in the shop get the size, then order it on the net
@InfamousStax I hear ya. Same here. The cheaper boots not only are stiff, they don't offer the protection. This is truly a case where "you get what you pay for" They are much better than wearing plain old work boots though.
@Johnnysshop SG12 is what im going for next as well. It more a question of comfort and ankle support and safety for me. I'd rather have my ankles all in one piece then extra cash in my pocket.
@InfamousStax I hear ya. The Gearne's are unbelievable. They only carry the SG12 around here so that's what I'll probably get since I cannot try on the SG10. I hear the SG10 are very comfy as well but a tad heavier.
@tybill1 That Klim F4 helmet looks pretty sweet.
@butterder I've hear that.
@dbracr27 Personally I don't like the Alpinestars. They require a lot of break-in to be comfy. I always had them before in the past but I want a set of Gaerne's. The difference is unreal. Gaerne require pretty much no break-in at all and are damn near like wearing a pair of tennis shoes. Sidi's are nice also but the sizing seems to run a little smaller and the boot is a bit more narrow.
@DuffyOvCarlisle Yeah, Airoh is the one I wanted to try but I won't buy one without trying one on first. I hear they are super light!
@shabow1987 LOL
@erics400 Thanks!
@bozzza69 I will but more than likely won't be till next spring. I've been too busy at work to keep up on comments daily or videos even.
@hiimnotmakingvideos Thanks, will do!
@10olivert LOL.. Thanks!
@dmaheryfz450 Thanks!
Gaerne boots are excellent boots and im looking at getting a pair of those next. I wasn't very impressed with my alpinestars.
Awesome lid. I had a large Fox pilot that fit great, and I had it for quite some time. I put it away in a box and forgot about it. I then couldn't find it. I decided to get a new helmet online. I got myself a new large Fox V2 online and had to send it back. It was to small. I got the XL and it was almost to small, and didn't feel the same as the earlier Fox helmet. I thought because same manufacturer, it would fit the same, but I was very wrong. doesn't even feel the same.
shoeis fit the best no doubt, i got a thor the paddings so sort it will fit any head good but i can almost colaps the helmet in on its self, i dont really feel that safe in it compaired to my klim helmet but there both nice helmets.
check out klimcanada(dot)com the most ventilated helmets in the world!! no joke its insane!!
shoei's are also up there for the safest
what do you have to say about alpinestar compared to gaerne?
i need new boots but im tight on money and noticed alpinestar has some cheaper products. but if gaerne how that much better i might spend an extra buck or two.
nice helmet,i crash to much for a pricey lid like that i usually go hjc
i prefer LAZOR or AIROH
