helmet cam caught an accident just happened... i believe this man doesn't have a helmet which from what i see he is suffering from damage in his nose and mouth area due to impact on the road. i believe hes traveling slow due to i haven't seen bruises in other parts of his body. i believe riders should always wear helmet for their own safety BUT i also believe helmet SHOULD NOT BE COMPULSORY. Let the riders decide if they want to wear helmet. if the rider decides not wear helmet and he had an accident, then let him suffer!!!! suffer from pain, face damage and maybe death. thats what you get if you dont wear helmet. Thats his choice. LEARN BY EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST! NO PENALTY LAWS NEEDED! surely next time this injured rider will surely wear a good helmet, he will wear his helmet NOT because of the law BUT because of experienced due to not wearing a helmet. HE LEARNED FROM HIS EXPERIENCED, so always wear your helmet if you dont want to suffer like this. THANKS TO THE PEOPLE WHO HELP THE INJURED RIDER, GOD BLESS YOU ALL ESPECIALLY TO THE MULTICAB DRIVER WHO DELIVERED HIM TO HOSPITAL. GOD BLESS THE INJURED RIDER AND HOPING FOR FAST RECOVERY RIDE SAFE ALWAYS
